Program Area

Four Rivers – ACTS aims to implement interventions under the following program areas, together with local health networks and ethnic health organizations in conflict-affected and hard-to-reach areas inside Myanmar and along the Thailand-Burma border.

  • Emergency care and supplies to conflict-affected areas/ hard-to-reach areas program

  • Humanitarian assistance to vulnerable populations in conflict-affected areas/ hard-to-reach areas program

  • Support for Access to Education for Children of Displaced Families with Difficulties 

  • Creating job opportunities and livelihood for healthcare professionals program

  • Creating job opportunities and livelihood for educational professionals program

  • Capacity building program for health professionals

  • Revitalization of public health activities in conflict-affected areas/ hard-to-reach areas program

  • Improving access to reproductive health services and commodities in conflict-affected areas/ hard-to-reach areas

  • “Be our children free from VPD” Program (VPD- Vaccine-Preventable Diseases)

  • Network strengthening with Ethnic organizations and CBOs Program
